Malaysia Government MTCP Scholarship 2026 is open

This scholarship is for outstanding applicants from MTCP recipient countries who want to study a full-time Master’s degree in Malaysia.

Key details:

➤ Level: Master’s degree only

➤ Intake: September/October 2026

➤ Application period: 4 May to 12 June 2026

➤ Age limit: Not more than 45 years

➤ Minimum result: Second Class Upper or CGPA 3.0

➤ English: IELTS 6, TOEFL iBT 60, or proof that your previous degree was taught in English

What it covers:

➤ Full tuition fees

➤ Monthly allowance

➤ One-time return economy flight ticket

Priority fields include ICT, STEM, food security, agriculture technology, Islamic finance, law, public administration, policy studies, and sustainable/environmental science.

Required documents include passport, transcript, English proof, CV, medical report, two recommendation letters, and a valid full offer letter from a Malaysian university.
